Job Description

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle fitness tests, certification, and renewal procedures
  • Guide customers on booking appointments for vehicle inspection and fitness checks
  • Provide accurate information about required documents, fees, and eligibility criteria
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to delays, reports, or certification errors
  • Coordinate with inspection teams to update customers on vehicle status and test results
  • Maintain customer records, service requests, and follow-up logs in the system
  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat to ensure prompt support and resolution
  • Educate customers about vehicle safety standards, compliance rules, and government regulations
  • Process requests for rescheduling, cancellations, or re-inspections efficiently
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and timely service
