Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Branch Operations Manager to lead and oversee branch-level operations. The role involves managing end-to-end execution of ATL/BTL campaigns, supervising teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client projects.

This position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects across locations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complete branch operations for ATL/BTL campaigns, events, branding, and activations

Oversee and guide Operations Executives, field staff, and vendors for smooth execution

Own branch-level planning, execution timelines, and project delivery

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors

Ensure execution quality aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines

Monitor logistics, inventory, and material movement within the branch

Conduct site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure execution accuracy

Handle escalations and resolve on-ground operational challenges efficiently

Manage branch budgets, vendor costs, and profitability

Develop and maintain a strong vendor network; negotiate cost-effective deals

Maintain MIS reports, execution trackers, and project documentation

Collaborate with sales and leadership teams for planning and execution strategies

Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and project closure

Drive team productivity, discipline, and performance management

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Event Management

3+ years of experience in operations, advertising, events, or activations

Strong expertise in ATL/BTL operations and campaign execution

Proven experience in team leadership and multi-project management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and vendor management

Strong negotiation and vendor handling capabilities

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Willingness to travel extensively
