Summary:
As a Business Architect, your typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. You will engage in gathering and documenting high-level requirements and shaping business solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.
