*Key Responsibilities:*
• Contact potential customers through leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare and cosmetic products.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maximize sales conversions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and usage clearly.
• Maintain customer records and daily sales updates in CRM and Excel.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide excellent customer support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
*Requirements:*
• Graduate (Mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets/MS Excel.
