💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 + Incentive up to ₹15,000 (Depends on Performance)

📝 Job Overview: D-Icon IT Solution is hiring experienced Business Development Executives for Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing services. Candidate will handle lead nurturing, client communication, field meetings, and sales conversion activities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle company-provided leads through calling and messaging

• Nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities

• Meet clients and explain digital marketing services

• Conduct client visits for sales closure and relationship building

• Generate business and achieve sales targets

• Coordinate with internal team for smooth client onboarding

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 Years experience required as BDE / Sales Executive

• Good communication and client handling skills mandatory

• Candidate should be comfortable with both office and field work
