Position: Business Development Executive / Client Relationship ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused professionals who can understand clients' business requirements and provide consultation regarding MSME loans, Startup India registration and benefits, government subsidy schemes, and various business support services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage new business leads.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable government schemes and financial solutions.
• Explain MSME loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
• Guide clients regarding Startup India registration, DPIIT recognition, and available government benefits.
• Assist businesses in availing subsidies, incentives, grants, and other government support programs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and application processing.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing professional advisory services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project status.
• Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of government schemes and business support services (preferred).
• Basic understanding of MSME loans, Startup India, and financial documentation.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM, Internet).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MBA/Commerce preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in banking, finance, loan consultancy, business consulting, or sales will be an added advantage.
