Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build client relationships, and expand our presence across the Banking, Financial Services, Corporate and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for valuation & valuation related advisory and Chartered Engineering Service, Technical Consultancy Services.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, ARCs, Insurance Companies, Merchant Bankers, and Corporate Clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and convert leads into assignments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Track market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
  • Efforts for New Empanelment’s with Banks, Financial Institutions & Insurance Companies as Valuers, Technical Consultants, Chartered Engineers, Surveyor 7 Loss Assessors. 

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in Any Discipline (Min.). Engineering Graduate (Preferred),

or

  • MBA in Marketing.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience in dealing with Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, ARCs, Insurance Companies, Merchant Bankers, or Corporate Clients, CA/CS Firms will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC Budget starting from ₹3,00,000 per annum for this position. Salary is no Bar for Right Candidate.

Compensation may be higher for candidates with relevant experience, industry connections, and a proven business development track record.
