Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our immigration firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and promoting our immigration, visa services. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients seeking immigration, visitor visa, work visa, PR services.
• Generate leads.
• Conduct initial screening and eligibility checks to understand client needs.

2. Client Consultation & Sales

• Explain immigration programs, visa processes, and service offerings for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Europe.
• Provide accurate information and clarify basic queries before connecting clients to counselors.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by explaining service benefits and pricing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Documentation & Coordination

• Collect and verify necessary client documents for initial assessment.
• Coordinate with internal teams (counseling, documentation, processing).
• Follow up with clients regularly for updates and pending requirements.

4. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.
• Provide timely communication regarding application stages and service support.
• Handle client concerns professionally and solve their concerns.
