About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you own the top of our funnel: identify and engage job seekers across the USA and Canada on LinkedIn, qualify their needs, and hand warm, well-documented leads to our Career Counselors, who conduct the consultation. Because our audience is in North America, this is a night-shift position.

Responsibilities

* Build target lists of US and Canada job seekers using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, including candidates on OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and Canadian work permits

* Run daily outbound: personalized connection requests, DMs, InMails, follow-up sequences, and group/post engagement

* Qualify responses over chat, email, and phone — target role, work-authorization context, timeline, urgency

* Hand off qualified leads with complete notes and coordinate scheduling across time zones

* Maintain accurate CRM records

* Meet daily and weekly targets for outreach, replies, qualified leads, and consultations booked

Qualifications

* Excellent written and spoken English

* 0–3 years in lead generation, inside sales, international sales, US staffing, EdTech sales, or career consulting; strong communicators starting out will be trained

* Hands-on with LinkedIn outreach; Sales Navigator or Recruiter an advantage

* Available for night shift, 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday

* Strong follow-up discipline, comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM

Compensation and schedule

* ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month base + uncapped performance incentives

* Night shift, Mon–Fri, Saturday and Sunday off

* On-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
