Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in B2B software and technology services. We are expanding our sales team and looking for high-performing professionals who can drive revenue through effective lead generation and deal closure.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in lead generation, deal closing over calls, and software sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client handling, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of converting leads into successful business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and networking
• Handle the complete sales cycle (lead generation to closure) over calls
• Pitch software/IT services effectively to potential clients
• Conduct detailed client requirement analysis and provide suitable solutions
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business • Update CRM/data sheets with accurate client interaction details
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Telesales (preferably in Software/IT sales)
• Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals over calls • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
• Fluent in English & Hindi
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Candidates with software sales experience will be given priority
• Experience in B2B sales / IT services / SaaS sales is an added advantage
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individuals
