Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive – (Start-up Consultant) to generate leads, convert prospects, and drive revenue through phone, email, and online channels. This is a target-driven role focused on client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries
- Pitch company services to potential clients over phone/video calls
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects regularly
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and inside sales
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in services sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
