Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our insurance and financial services business. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting Financial Consultants, building a strong sales team, and driving business across life, health, and general insurance, along with investment products.
- Key Responsibilities:Recruitment of Financial Consultants:
- Identify, approach, and recruit potential Financial Consultants through personal contacts, networking, and referrals.
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Generate business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and other sales activities.
- Team Development & Management:
- Train, guide, and motivate the team to achieve their sales targets and improve productivity.
- Sales & Business Growth:
- Drive sales of:
- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- General Insurance
- Investment & Financial Products
- Target Achievement:
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business and referrals.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track team performance and take necessary actions to improve results.
- Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Experience in sales/insurance/financial services (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong network and ability to recruit
