Cafe Manager

Chill House is looking for a hands-on Café Manager to run daily operations at our Nikol outlet. This isn't a back-office role — you'll be on the floor managing staff, customer experience, stock, and daily numbers. We're building a premium dessert brand, so we need someone who treats the outlet like it's their own business, not just a job.

Operations

• Ensure SOPs are followed for hygiene, prep, and service
• Manage stock — ordering, inventory counts, wastage control, and vendor coordination
• Monitor equipment (freezers, machines) and escalate maintenance issues before they become problems

Sales & Revenue

• Own daily/weekly sales targets and track performance against them
• Drive upselling and combo pushes at the counter
• Report daily cash register and sales data accurately (cash + digital reconciliation)

Team Management

• Manage, train, and schedule counter staff and kitchen helpers
• Conduct basic onboarding for new hires on menu, hygiene, and customer service standards
• Handle staff attendance, shift planning, and day-to-day discipline

Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation
• Handle customer complaints/feedback on the spot professionally
• Maintain café ambience — cleanliness, music, seating, display case standards

Reporting

• Share daily reports with management (sales, stock, wastage, staff attendance)
• Flag any recurring issues (customer complaints, staff gaps, supply delays)
