Job Description
- Safely transport employer, family members appointments, meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, fuel levels, and overall presentation at all times.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing, repairs, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure passenger safety by following traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
- Assist passengers with luggage, packages, and personal belongings when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding employer’s personal and business matters.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel expenses, mileage, and maintenance activities.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends, late nights, or emergency travel needs.
- Handle basic administrative or errand-related tasks such as document delivery, bill payments, or shopping assistance.
- Ensure all vehicle documents (license, registration, insurance, permits) remain valid and updated.
- Have to travel across Gujarat as per employer needs
