Position - Factory Worker

Department- Manufacturing / Production

Reporting - ToFactory Supervisor / Production Manager

Job Summary-

The Factory Worker is responsible for manufacturing modular furniture and interior products according to approved drawings, quality standards, and production. The role involves operating machinery, assembling furniture, maintaining workplace safety, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

• Key Responsibilities Read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
• Cut, assemble, edge-band, drill, and finish modular furniture components.
• Operate factory machines and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimize material wastage.
• Load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
• Assist in packing finished products for transportation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report machine issues, defects, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow daily production targets and timelines.
• Assist installation teams when required.
• Work as a team to ensure timely project completion.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of woodworking or furniture manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with modular furniture production is an advantage.
• Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift materials when required.
• Hard-working, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
