Cashier

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Cashier to manage billing and customer interactions at our fast-paced QSR outlet.

The ideal candidate should be quick, accurate, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and generate invoices using POS system
• Accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, and other digital methods
• Maintain accurate cash register and daily cash balance
• Provide excellent customer service with a polite attitude
• Take and manage customer orders efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order flow
• Maintain cleanliness at the billing counter
• Handle basic customer queries and complaints

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (training can be provided)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, punctual, and well-groomed

Experience:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Prior experience in QSR, café, or retail is a plus
• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
