Job Title: Sales Executive (WhatsApp & Call Conversion)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Sales Executive who can engage with incoming leads via WhatsApp and phone calls, explain our product clearly, and convert prospects into customers. The role also includes providing post-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with assigned leads through WhatsApp and phone calls
• Understand customer requirements and explain the product effectively
• Follow up with interested prospects and drive conversions
• Maintain proper communication records and update lead status
• Handle customer queries and objections confidently
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, calling tools, and CRM systems
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is a plus
• Experience in handling digital product or financial product sales is an advantage
