Role Overview

A strategic finance professional responsible for overseeing financial management, business reporting, compliance, cash flow, budgeting, profitability analysis, and decision-support functions for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and management insights.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Analyse profitability, costs, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure accounting accuracy and financial compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and management.
• Support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Establish internal controls and governance frameworks.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualified ACCA / CA / CMA
• UK / US Domain Experience is Must
• 5+ years of experience in finance leadership, accounting, or advisory roles.
• Exposure to international accounting environments preferred.

Technical Skills

• Financial modelling and MIS reporting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• IFRS / UK GAAP / Ind AS knowledge
• ERP & accounting software proficiency (Xero, QBO, Sage, SAP, Power BI, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools
