Job Description – Site Civil Engineer (Solar Projects & PSS)
Position: Junior Civil Engineer
Location: Site-Based (Project Locations)
Industry: Solar EPC / Power Infrastructure
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 0–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution, Planning & Coordination , Quality Control , Measurement & Billing , Documentation , Safety Compliance
Specific Experience in Solar / PSS (Preferred)
• Understanding of: o Solar plant civil works (module mounting foundations, trenches) o Substation works (transformer foundation, control room, yard)
• Exposure to: o RCC works, structural works o Earthwork and site grading
Other Requirements
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong learning attitude
