Civil Site Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervision and monitoring of day-to-day site activities
  • Taking site measurements and maintaining work records
  • Purchasing raw materials at site as and when required
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, agencies, and labor teams
  • Ensuring smooth execution of work as per project timelines
  • Reporting daily work progress and site updates to management
  • Maintaining quality standards and site discipline
  • Assisting in material planning and site management activities
