Job Purpose:

To execute and monitor Core & Shell construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion and effective coordination for a premium high-rise residential project.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Execute and monitor RCC, masonry and plaster works as per approved drawings.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site supervisors.
• Ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
• Monitor safety compliance and statutory requirements.
• Verify measurements, quantities and support billing/documentation.
• Manage site logistics, material utilization and basic site facilities.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and resolve execution issues proactively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Daily planned work completion ≥95%
• Quality rework <2%
• 100% compliance with approved drawings
• Zero major safety violations
• Timely reporting and documentation
• Material wastage within company norms
• Effective contractor/manpower coordination

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma acceptable for experienced candidates).
• Experience in Core & Shell works (RCC, Masonry and Plaster).
• Must have completed at least one residential project from ground/foundation to completion.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
