Job Title:Banding Machine Operator

Department:Production.

Location: BAKROL BHUJRANG.

Reports To:Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Job Summary:

A Banding Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining banding machines used for packaging products safely and efficiently. The operator ensures proper banding quality, machine performance, and follows safety standards during production.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operate banding/strapping machines efficiently.
• Set machine parameters according to product size and packaging requirements.
• Check band quality and ensure proper sealing/tightness.
• Load banding material into the machine.
• Monitor machine performance during production.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of packaging or production machines.
• Ability to operate automatic or semi-automatic banding machines.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

• Qualification:
• 10th / 12th Pass or ITI preferred.
• Experience in packaging or machine operation is an advantage.
• Experience:Fresher or 1–3 years experience in machine operating/packaging industry.

• Working Conditions:
• Factory/Production environment.
• Standing for long hours may be required.
• Use of safety equipment like gloves and safety shoes
