Role Description

Minimum 6+ years of experience in UBL Collections

Hands-on experience in managing field collections and recovery operations

Strong exposure to:

Agency & Inhouse recovery modules

End-to-end recovery processes

Write-off account handling

NPA (Non-Performing Asset) account management

Handling 720+ DPD delinquent accounts

Sound understanding of legal recovery mechanisms, specifically:

Section 138 cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act

Arbitration proceedings

Warrant execution and related legal follow-ups

Strong negotiation and recovery management skills

Ability to coordinate with agencies, legal teams, and field staff

Good analytical and portfolio management capabilities

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory recovery frameworks

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years relevant experience needed. Collection of consumer loans/ small business loans

•Minimum a graduate (in any field).

•Preferably a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified professional

•Good knowledge of Computers (MS Office, email communication)
