Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, data handling, documentation, and system monitoring. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good typing speed, and the ability to handle office software efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computer systems and office equipment.
• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in software and records.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
• Manage printing, scanning, emailing, and file organization.
• Monitor internet, networking, and system performance.
• Coordinate with staff for data collection and reporting.
• Handle backups and maintain digital records safely.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
• Support administrative and office operations when required.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of internet, email handling, and computer hardware.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
