Job Description

Job Title: Computer Operator / Data Entry Executive (E-commerce Operations)


Job Summary

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator / Data Entry Executive to manage daily operational data, logistics coordination, and customer communication for our fast-growing women’s casual wear D2C brand.


This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, shipment tracking, return management, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, backend systems, courier panels, and customer coordination while maintaining high accuracy in daily operations.


Key Responsibilities


1. Daily Data Entry & Operational Backend

• Perform daily data entry related to orders, dispatches, returns, exchanges, and cancellations

• Maintain and update operational sheets, trackers, and daily reports

• Ensure accurate entry of SKU details, product sizes, colours, quantities, and order values

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for smooth daily workflow

• Maintain proper records to avoid operational mismatches


2. Shiprocket Handling & Courier Coordination

• Manage Shiprocket panel for order processing and shipment updates

• Update shipment status including pickup, in-transit, delivered, RTO initiated, and RTO received

• Cross-check courier reports with internal data

• Monitor shipment issues and coordinate for timely resolution

• Maintain courier performance reports as required


3. RTO Management & Customer Calling

• Handle daily RTO (Return to Origin) cases efficiently

• Call customers for address verification, delivery confirmation, failed delivery attempts, and RTO prevention

• Coordinate re-delivery wherever applicable

• Resolve delivery-related customer concerns clearly and professionally

• Update call remarks and outcomes accurately in internal records


4. Marketplace Operations

• Handle Myntra seller panel for day-to-day order operations

• Manage order processing, invoicing, shipment tracking, returns, cancellations, and issue handling

• Coordinate with Myntra support team whenever required

• Support operations for other marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.

• Ensure smooth order synchronization between marketplace panels and warehouse


5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with customer support, logistics, and warehouse teams

• Assist in exchange, re-dispatch, and cancellation processes

• Maintain daily operational reports for management review

• Support analysis of RTO trends and operational improvements


Skills & Requirements

• Basic to good computer knowledge

• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Basic understanding of Shiprocket and courier panels

• Myntra seller panel knowledge will be an advantage

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Ability to handle customer calls professionally

• Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented approach


Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in D2C fashion, e-commerce operations, logistics, or backend support preferred
