Site Supervisor – Civil Construction
Project Location: Western Oasis by True Value, Shantipura, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–10 Years
Job Overview
Bhavya Infrastructure is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site located at Western Oasis by True Value, Shantipura, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labour, ensuring quality work execution, maintaining site safety, and coordinating with engineers and contractors.
- ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and labour work
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, and other civil works
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain material usage and site records
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers
- Ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping at site
- Track work progress and report daily updates
- Solve on-site execution issues efficiently
- Check quality of workmanship and finishing
- RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects
- Knowledge of civil drawings and site execution
- Ability to handle manpower and subcontractors
- Basic knowledge of measurement and billing is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
