Job Purpose:
Continuous Airworthiness Management Lead is responsible for managing aircraft inspections and maintenance procedures to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance. The role will certify and document all maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with quality control and safety standards, support audits, maintain AME license currency, and promote a culture of excellence within the Maintenance team, in line with corporate values.
1) Aircraft Inspections and Maintenance Procedures:
- Carry out inspections and checks on aircraft as per the approved maintenance program.
- Assist in maintenance procedures, quality systems, and certifications of assigned aircraft.
2) Certification and Documentation:
- Certify logbooks with details of inspection work done under the maintenance schedule, minor repairs and modifications approved by the DGCA, replacement of components, parts, and inspection thereof in respect of aircraft, engine, and systems.
- Ensure timely completion and certification of all task cards, work sheets, inspection schedules, maintenance records, and logbooks.
3) Compliance and Quality Control:
- Ensure all line and base maintenance activities carried out by third-party and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) staff comply with prescribed quality control, airworthiness, and safety procedures as per OEM and DGCA guidelines.
- Verify if any part or component to be installed in an aircraft is certified and in working condition.
4) Audit and Regulatory Adherence:
- Maintain a proactive approach with respect to both internal and external audits.
- Maintain AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) license currency, authorization of the assigned aircraft, aircraft manual and log updates, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
5) Cultural and Behavioural Alignment
- Be a culture champion and drive behavioural change aligning with the corporate values of how we work around here, with the aim to support the Maintenance staff of the KAPL Team for Adani Group.

Education Qualification:
- Diploma / DGCA Approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course / Aeronautical engineering
- DGCA / EASA certified B1 / B2 Engineer endorsed on any of the commercial aircrafts
Work Experience (Range of years):
10+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience as an engineer at an NSOP’s with deep understanding of CAR-145 organization
- Should have at least 5 years working experience on type of aircraft.
