Counter Sales Executive

The Salesman is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role includes greeting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features and offers, promoting accessories, extended warranties, finance/EMI options, and exchange programs to maximize sales. The Salesman must ensure accurate billing support, maintain product displays, keep the showroom clean and organized, manage stock responsibly, and follow all company policies and operational procedures. They are also expected to resolve basic customer queries professionally, collect required customer documents when applicable, encourage customer feedback and Google reviews, coordinate with team members for smooth store operations, and maintain complete product knowledge to provide the best possible service. The Salesman should demonstrate honesty, punctuality, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude while representing the company's brand professionally at all times.
