Job Description
Pari Ladies Wear, Motera ખાતે અનુભવી Retail Garment Salesman ની જરૂર છે.
Responsibilities:
- Shop opening પછી Cleaning, Dusting, POS Check અને Stock Freshening કરવું.
- તમામ Garments ને Rack-wise અને Size-wise ગોઠવેલા રાખવા.
- Inventory Management અને Stock Checking કરવું.
- જરૂરી Stock ની માહિતી આપવી અને Re-order માટે Suggestion કરવું.
- Customer ને Professional રીતે Garments બતાવી Sales Convert કરવી.
- Customer ને Product, Fabric, Fitting, Design અને Pattern વિશે યોગ્ય Guidance આપવી.
- કપડાં ઝડપથી અને Neatly Fold કરવાની આવડત હોવી જોઈએ.
- Customer ગયા પછી તમામ Garments ફરીથી Size-wise અને Rack-wise ગોઠવવા.
- Trial, Fitting અને Alteration Process સંભાળવી.
- Customer નું Measurement લેવું અને Tailor ને યોગ્ય Instructions આપવી.
- તૈયાર થયેલા Altered Garments Customer Delivery માટે Ready રાખવા.
- Billing, Packing અને Order Handling માં મદદ કરવી.
- Shop ની Cleanliness અને Display Maintain રાખવી.
- Customer સાથે Polite, Positive અને Confident Communication રાખવું.
- Festival Season દરમિયાન વધારાના Rush ને સારી રીતે Handle કરવો.
- Sales વધારવા માટે નવા Ideas અને Stock અંગે Suggestion આપવું.
Requirements:
- Retail Garment Sales નો અનુભવ જરૂરી.
- Customer Handling અને Sales Skill સારી હોવી જોઈએ.
- Honest, Punctual, Active અને Responsible હોવા જોઈએ.
- Team સાથે કામ કરવાની આવડત હોવી જોઈએ.
- Long-term Job કરવાની ઈચ્છા હોવી જોઈએ.
