Job Description – Counter Executive

Locations - Nehrunagar, Hebatpur, Prernatirth, Gota

The employee is responsible for managing daily counter operations and ensuring efficient customer service while maintaining company quality and hygiene standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers at the sales counter in a professional and courteous manner.
• Receive customer orders and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare invoices/bills and process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, cash transactions, and inventory movement.
• Monitor stock availability at the counter and report replenishment requirements.
• Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and displayed in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and customer service area.
• Assist in preparing daily sales reports and submitting them to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to counter operations and customer service.

The employee reports directly to the Counter Supervisor/Store Manager and works closely with the production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
