Job Description
Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist in the kitchen with preparing, assembling, and cooking McDonald's menu items according to strict quality, portion, and safety standards.
Customer Service & Order Taking: Greet customers warmly at the counter, take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments, and serve meals efficiently.
Counter & Drive-Thru Operations: Manage front-of-house service operations, ensuring quick turnaround times and a positive dining experience for guests.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation by regularly cleaning workstations, kitchen equipment, customer dining areas, and restrooms.
Inventory Stocking: Help restock ingredients, packaging materials, and beverage stations throughout the day shift to ensure seamless service.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members and shift managers to handle peak rush hours smoothly and meet daily service targets.
