Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve software architecture and development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
- Ability to optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications through effective architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing robust solutions within Salesforce ecosystems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
