Job Description:

• Greeting customers and answering the calls, WhatsApp, online orders.
• Handling Customers complains and Concerns in a timely manner.
• Responding to questions.
• Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
• Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
• Being able to solve problems is key to customer service.
• Good Communication.
• Active listening and responsive to the calls.
• Should have technical knowledge.
• Can handle customers on call patiently.
