Job SummaryThe Admin & Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing daily administrative activities, maintaining communication with clients and users, supporting the marketing team, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementCall prospective clients and follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients and users.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and resolving basic queries.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to improve client engagement and conversions.
  • Administrative & Clerical ResponsibilitiesPerform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
  • Organize files and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate internal office activities.
  • Marketing Team CoordinationMaintain daily records of the marketing team's performance and activities.
  • Track leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Prepare marketing reports for management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups.
  • Sales & Business SupportMaintain sales records and update CRM/database.
  • Track customer inquiries and conversions.
  • Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.
  • Co-working Space & Office CoordinationCoordinate with co-working office staff for operational requirements.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
  • Handle vendor and facility coordination when required.
  • Event Planning & ManagementAssist in organizing company meetings, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics, registrations, and event communication.
  • Support event execution and post-event reporting.
  • Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular updates and reports to the Director.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
