Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for Homemate Smart to handle customer queries, complaints, and provide exceptional support for our smart home products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries related to Homemate Smart products and services
- - Resolve customer complaints, issues, and grievances in a timely and professional manner
- - Provide product information, installation guidance, and troubleshooting support for smart home devices
- - Coordinate with the technical and field service teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
- - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
- - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
- - Achieve customer satisfaction targets and adhere to service quality standards
- - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior management
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional language
- - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- - Basic knowledge of smart home or electronic products preferred
- - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- - Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- - Customer-first attitude with a positive and empathetic approach
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Location: Work from Office
