Job Description
We are looking for Female candidate only.
We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and people-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad!
What You’ll Do:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with our valued clients
Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and speed
Drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Manage end-to-end client lifecycle
Work closely with Sales, Operations & Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
Experience in SaaS, Services, E-commerce or Agency background is a big plus
Proficiency in MS Office + any CRM software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
