Key ResponsibilitieS
•Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve assigned calling and communication targets.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred)
• Polite and professional attitude
• Strong listening skills
• Good time management
• Excellent customer handling skills
Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
