Job Description
We are hiring Hindi & English speaking Customer Support Executives for our PF consultation process. Candidates should have good communication skills and confidence in handling customer calls and chats.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Guide clients regarding PF withdrawal and related services
• Follow up with interested customers
• Manage WhatsApp chats and basic customer support
• Maintain proper client records and updates
• Coordinate with the processing team for smooth workflow
Requirements:
• Fluent in Hindi & basic English communication
• Good speaking and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
