Customer Support Executive

Attend client support calls and explain software queries to clients. 

● Understand new client requirements, discuss them with the team, and follow up with 

both the team and client to ensure timely closure of issues. 

● Create client tasks, coordinate with the team for releases, and provide updates to 

clients. 

● Provide software training to new clients, covering both web and mobile functions. 

● Understand new client institute setup requirements and complete setups on time. 

● Cross-verify all data on web and mobile after setup and deliver it to the client. 

● Conduct online or offline software training sessions for clients after setup. 

● Follow up with new clients weekly to ensure smooth operations. 

● Communicate with clients regarding queries, requirements, or clarifications. 

● Provide updates and demos to clients on new feature releases in the software. 

● Respond to client chats promptly and provide quick resolutions. 

● Share holiday or long weekend updates with clients in advance. 

● Maintain records of client discussions and queries, and provide updates to senior 

management. 

● Ensure that in live institutes, no data or records are shared with other institutes, and 

avoid any data mismatches. 

● Remain available and manage urgent issues on the live server. 

● Confirm client payments with Wama Mam and proceed to the next steps.
