🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive( 📞Tarjani Kalal – 7575012339)
Location: Sumel Business Park-5, Chamanpura, Asarwa, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15K – ₹30K/month

About the Role:Join our dynamic team and be the voice of our brand! You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve customer issues with empathy, and ensure smooth communication for refunds and queries.
What You’ll Do:
- Solve all inbound customer calls and grievances
- Identify root causes and provide empathetic solutions
- Handle refund-related queries efficiently
- Maintain records using CRM and Excel
- Showcase strong computer proficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
- Good knowledge of CRM tools & Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
