About the Role -

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support

* Assist customers with loan applications, disbursement queries, repayment schedules, and account-related concerns

* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

* Guide customers through digital platforms (app/website) for loan processes

* Follow up with customers for pending documentation or payments

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

* Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

* Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes

* Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

* Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

* Basic computer knowledge
