Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal databases
  • Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before and after entry
  • Organize, classify, and manage digital records for easy retrieval
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify data-related queries
  • Track data entry progress and meet daily or weekly targets
  • Perform regular data backups and follow standard operating procedures

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and discipline
  • Good written communication for internal coordination
