About the RoleSmart Investment is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial, market, and business-related data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify the accuracy of information before data entry.
• Review and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain digital records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Generate reports and compile information as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update data.
• Organize and manage documents and records systematically.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
• Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of internet research and online data management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative support.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment-related terminology will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati.
