Role Summary:

We are looking for a Data Research & Lead Generation Executive to support our U.S. merchant services business focused on POS devices and payment processing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and collect U.S. merchant/business data from online directories, Google, Yelp, LinkedIn, and public databases.
  • Extract key details including business name, owner/contact person, phone number, email, address, website, and business category.
  • Generate qualified leads for POS device and payment processing sales campaigns.
  • Verify, clean, and maintain accurate merchant databases by removing duplicate or outdated records.
  • Use scraping and automation tools for efficient data collection and lead generation.
  • Upload and manage validated leads in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
  • Research target industries such as restaurants, retail stores, salons, gas stations, grocery stores, and other SMB businesses.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support outreach campaigns and lead requirements.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant data collection practices.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in lead generation, web research, or data mining.
  • Knowledge of U.S. merchant services, POS, or payment processing industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Apollo, and scraping tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
