Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and supporting lead generation and brand awareness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Design and coordinate creative content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Assist in influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.

Generate leads and drive website traffic through effective social media initiatives.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.

Basic knowledge of paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting.

Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.

Basic video editing skills.

Understanding of SEO and content marketing.

Experience in influencer marketing and online community management.
