About the Job
We are Golondry — a laundry pickup and home delivery service launching in Ahmedabad. We pick up clothes from customers' homes, wash and press them at our facility in Tragad, and deliver them back. You will be the person who picks up and delivers clothes to customers in nearby societies like Godrej Garden City, Chandkheda, and Gota.
This is a customer-facing role. You are the face of the brand at every delivery.
What You Will Do
- Pick up clothes from customers' homes at the scheduled time slot
- Drop off washed and packed clothes back to customers
- Send WhatsApp updates to the team after every pickup and delivery
- Handle clothes carefully — these are customers' personal garments
- Follow the delivery route assigned for that day
- Represent the brand professionally at every doorstep
What We Are Looking For
- Age 20–32
- Smartphone with WhatsApp — mandatory
- Knows Ahmedabad north zones well — Tragad, Jagatpur, Chandkheda, Gota area
- Physically active and punctual
- Presentable appearance — you will meet customers daily
- Basic communication skills — polite and clear
