Repair-It is a vehicle service aggregator and doorstep logistics platform under Protomotive Technologies Pvt. Ltd., connecting customers with trusted garages for car and bike servicing across Ahmedabad. We are building a reliable, tech-enabled service network and are expanding our on-ground delivery team.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Delivery Partners to handle vehicle pick-up and drop services between customer locations and partner garages.

This is a field role suited for individuals who are punctual, responsible, and comfortable navigating the city daily.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick up and drop customer vehicles (cars/bikes) between homes/offices and partner garages as per assigned schedule
2. Ensure safe and careful handling of customer vehicles at all times
3. Use the Repair-It Delivery Partner app to accept, track, and update trip status in real time
4. Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
5. Report any vehicle damage, delays, or issues immediately to the Operations team
6. Follow assigned routes and maintain timely pickups/drops within designated proximity zones
7. Maintain basic documentation (trip logs, handover confirmations, etc.)

Requirements

• Valid driving license (2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler, as applicable)
• Prior experience in driving/delivery roles preferred but only in Automobile Industry
• Own smartphone with active internet connection
• Basic knowledge of Ahmedabad city routes and localities
• Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati; English is a plus)
• Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude
• Minimum age: 18 years

What We Offer

Fixed monthly salary of 15,000 – 25,000 based on experience and role assignment
