Job Description
वेयरहाउस, स्टोर या पार्टनर विक्रेताओं (Vendors) से ऑर्डर समय पर प्राप्त करना।
ग्राहकों तक ऑर्डर निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर सुरक्षित रूप से पहुँचाना।
डिलीवरी से पहले ऑर्डर की वस्तुओं और विवरण की जाँच एवं पुष्टि करना।
आवश्यकता होने पर कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) और डिजिटल भुगतान स्वीकार करना तथा उसका सही रिकॉर्ड रखना।
ग्राहकों के साथ हमेशा विनम्र, पेशेवर और सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करना।
समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निर्धारित रूट का पालन करना और आवश्यकता अनुसार सर्वोत्तम मार्ग का चयन करना।
कंपनी के मोबाइल ऐप में प्रत्येक डिलीवरी की स्थिति (Status) समय पर अपडेट करना।
डिलीवरी में होने वाली किसी भी समस्या, देरी या ग्राहक की शिकायत की जानकारी तुरंत अपने सुपरवाइज़र को देना।
परिवहन के दौरान ऑर्डर की सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना ताकि सामान बिना किसी नुकसान के ग्राहक तक पहुँचे।
सभी यातायात नियमों तथा कंपनी की नीतियों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।
