Deputy Manager - ABEX
Responsibilities
- Align with business objectives and interact with BU for matter concerning Financial statements
- Timely closing of monthly/quarterly/annual books of accounts
- Liaise with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure
- Ensure timely filing of XBRL & other statutory filings as per accounting policies
- Provide ad-hoc data support to BU's with respects to financials
- Timely inter-company reconciliations and resolution of any open items
- Preparation of Related party transactions
- Preparation of audit schedules in line with Statutory liabilities , desired format by auditors/BU's and responsible for closure of audit queries
Qualifications
- MBA Finance / MCOM
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Knowledge of Ind AS, Sch III requirements, Payroll accounting, Related Party Transactions, SEBI LODR
- Knowledge of SAP
