Deputy Manager - Corporate Communication
Responsibilities
- Drive digital media communication strategy aligned with business and brand objectives for AAHL and eight airports
- Manage and execute social media strategy, including content calendar planning and campaign execution
- Create compelling brand narratives, digital content, and leadership communication
- Lead digital campaigns, coordinate with digital agencies to enhance brand visibility, employer branding, and engagement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for integrated campaigns
- Maintain budgets, ensure prudency and governance in budget utilization
- Support media relations, PR initiatives, and reputation management
- Monitor digital performance metrics and analytics to optimize communication strategies
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across platforms

Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in social media platforms & management tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Sprinklr, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards)
- Working experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Understanding of branding frameworks, visual storytelling, and content design
- Experience with content planning, publishing tools, CMS platforms and agency management
- Knowledge of media monitoring and social listening tools

Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications / brand / digital roles
- Background in marketing + design / media / preferred
- Experience in corporate setup or large organizations (aviation/infrastructure preferred)
- MBA / PGDM in Communications/Marketing or equivalent
